Is the $79 diagnostic fee waived for Comfort Club members?
Yes — both the 2X and 3X memberships include a diagnostic fee waiver on every scheduled visit. For non-members, the $79 fee is also waived on invoices that exceed $399.
What's the difference between the 2X and 3X memberships?
The 2X plan includes two annual tune-ups — any combination of plumbing and HVAC — and is the right fit for most homes. The 3X plan adds a third visit and is specifically designed for homes with evaporative (swamp) coolers or mini-split systems that require both a spring startup and a fall shutdown each season, in addition to a plumbing check.
What does the 10% discount apply to?
The 10% discount applies to all labor and parts on your invoice for any repair or installation work performed during your membership period. It is applied at the time of invoicing — you don't need to ask for it.
What is the zone travel fee waiver?
Service calls outside the Albuquerque city limits include a zone travel fee. Both Comfort Club memberships include one free waiver of this fee per membership year — useful for members in Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, Tijeras, and other surrounding communities.
What is the annual system health report?
After each membership visit, we provide a written summary of your system's condition — including what was serviced, anything we observed that may need attention in the future, and recommended timelines. It's designed to help you plan ahead and avoid unexpected failures.
Are there any extra charges for weekend or evening visits?
Standard appointments (Mon–Fri, 8am–4:30pm) are covered by the flat-rate price. Weekend by-appointment and after-hours emergency calls carry an additional dispatch fee — we'll always tell you upfront before dispatch.
How do I cancel my Comfort Club membership?
You can cancel anytime with no penalty. Just give us a call or send us an email and we'll take care of it.
